Members of the Billerica Community:

The Town of Billerica is looking to bring a mobile vaccine clinic to Billerica that will provide the Pfizer vaccine to anyone in the Billerica community, ages 12 or older. This includes students, parents/guardians, staff, and anyone else who is interested!

In order to bring the clinic to Billerica, the Town needs to gather pre-registration information to ensure that there are a sufficient number of individuals who are interested in being vaccinated. Pre-registration can be done through this link - https://forms.gle/gXxUdAoh2aa3KLkTA - and someone from the Town of Billerica will contact you personally to follow up.

If you have any questions, please contact Andrew Levine, Director of Administrative Services for the Town of Billerica, at alevine@town.billerica.ma.us or (978)671-0942.

Thank you,

Tim Piwowar, Superintendent
